Engineering
When standard solutions no longer work, our engineering comes into play.
Before assembling, installing, and handing the system over to the customer, we draw up the designs for it, conduct feasibility studies, design and acquire the components, and compile the documentation, the specifications, and the final documentation for it.

The illustrated example of use shows a dust-free feeding system for bagged goods and small containers, which includes a gravimetric unit for metering an aluminum oxide into a mixer provided by the customer. To improve the flow properties and assure an essentially residue-free emptying, the solid material is fluidized with nitrogen in the infeed funnel. A completely inertized operation of the entire system is possible upon request.
